What Delivery Options Are Available?

 

Free standard shipping is available for orders over €90.

We will deliver your order within 3–4 business days after your order confirmation has been received.

 

Standard Delivery

  • DPD: €4

  • Pick-up point: €4

  • DPD pick-up point: €4

 

 

Express Delivery

We also offer express shipping for orders placed Sunday to Thursday before 11:00 PM.

Orders placed later will be delivered within two business days.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded. (Delivery time: 1–2 days)

  • Express home delivery: €9

  • Express evening home delivery: €10

  • Express pick-up location delivery: €9

  • Express delivery to a parcel locker: €10

    Orders must be placed Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM.

 

During high season and sale periods, delivery times may be extended.

Available shipping methods, costs, and the current estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed at checkout.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with shipping information and a tracking link.

You can also track your order under “Orders” when logged into your My Account.

 

 

Delivery Restrictions

Orders can only be delivered to individuals over the age of 18 with a valid address in Germany.

We do not ship to overseas territories (e.g., Helgoland and Büsingen).

Some items are subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to certain locations.

Undeliverable Packages

If your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to & Other Stories.
