The jacket's generous shawl lapel is crafted from smooth, satin-finish silk, with satin-trimmed jetted pockets and a breast pocket. The trousers feature two side pockets (one with a coin pocket), two buttoned back pockets, and turn-ups at the hem. All edges are finished with AMF stitching.

The jacket is cut to a custom fit, fastening with a single silk-covered button and finished with double rear vents. The sleeves are finished with functional button cuffs. The trousers follow a formal cut with front pleats, a silk adjustable waistband, and turn-ups at the hem. The subtle sheen of the tartan cloth deepens the contrast with the silk shawl lapel and the black waistband of the trousers.

The jacket is lined in black cupro, a breathable and wear-resistant fabric with a silky texture, featuring four interior pockets. The trousers are finished with clean, non-snagging seams, a rubberised grip strip on the interior waistband, and an after-dinner split for a subtle ease in fit after a generous meal.
