A patterned silk tie brings more expression to an outfit, but that's exactly why it calls for some attention. The pattern can easily become the dominant element, especially alongside other patterns. The shirt collar brings the knot into focus and gives it more weight. A pocket square or another accessory can pick up one of the pattern's colours discreetly, provided it isn't from the same fabric or set.

For long-lasting wear, our recommendation is professional dry cleaning. The tie is stored rolled, not on a hanger, where it can lose its shape over time under its own weight. A one-day rest between wearings is recommended, giving the silk time to recover its natural shape. If creases remain, they can be smoothed with an iron or a steamer.
